Welcome. I am a registered psychotherapist working both virtually and in-person in Toronto, Canada. The style of talk therapy I practice has its foundations in psychoanalysis but is also informed by humanistic and existential approaches as well as research in psychological science. It is best described as psychoanalytic psychotherapy.

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy is an evidence-backed talk therapy treatment that has demonstrated particular value for its long-term impact gained through addressing the root causes of psychological distress. The way I work aims beyond simply managing this distress, but at working-through underlying causes towards growth, change, and fulfillment.
