When we talk you will be invited to tell me your story and to speak about the challenges or issues you are facing and how you are impacted by them. But you will also be invited to tell me about what you like, what you hope and dream for, and also simply what it’s like being you.

In return, I will aim to create a space of non-judgemental curiosity where we can both together explore the (psychological) significance of the how/what/why/when of what (and who) is meaningful to you, and where you can process and work-through the feelings that come along with meaningfulness, good and bad.

Generally, it’s common to speak about what’s happening in your life or been on your mind recently in addition to past experiences that you feel are significant, early life, and family dynamics and other relationships. Because I work psychoanalytically I’m also interested in hearing you speak about your dreams, daydreams, and fantasies. It’s important to know that you are allowed to talk about anything.
